If the vertical is clearly too flat, then the Shadow LV by Black Diamond can be used. These climbing shoes have everything you need for ambitious climbing on extreme overhangs and are also very robust. But, we’re getting ahead of ourselves: these climbing shoes are designed primarily for sport climbing and bouldering. The high heel tension in the shoes means that the force is transferred to the toes in a very targeted manner, allowing precise footing even on the smallest steps and ledges. The rubber sole boasts very high friction values, which means that the shoes grip reliably on a wide range of surfaces. The generous rubber coating on the heel and toe area also means that hooking is no problem. An extremely grippy rubber compound is also used here, which makes it possible to hold toe and foot hooks even under challenging conditions.The upper material of this model is extremely firm and robust. It is also made of microfibre so it can adapt perfectly to the shape of your feet. A wide hook and loop fastener keeps the shoes in place and also allows the climbing shoes to be taken off and put on quickly.
