The Cooking series 27 Ultralight by Trangia consists of a stove that is the perfect size to cook for one or two people. The sets that go with this compact stove only take up minimal space in the backpack, making them perfect for touring when every gram counts. It is also possible to use a larger cooking pot when the upper wins shield holder is folded up. The sets also come in two variations: Ultralight aluminum and ultralight hard anodized aluminum. The Trangia consists of two 1 liter pots (one with and one without scale), one frying pan (Ø 18 cm), upper and lower wind shields, a Primus gas burner, tongs and a strap. The Trangia can also come with a spirit burner instead of a gas burner! The ultralight version is produced using a new aluminum alloy which is up to 50% stronger than conventional aluminum. This allows for thinner walled and therefore lighter containers. New Trangia models therefore stand out for their lower weight advantage of up to 25% in comparison to its predecessors! Ultralight hard anodize is an incredibly wear resistant aluminum alloy. Hard anodizing heightens the scratch, wear and corrosion resistance. This surface treatment makes it much easier to clean the containers! Its fantastic properties make this material the perfect replacement for titanium as well as Duossal stoves.
